Habits coaching is a process that focuses on helping individuals identify and modify their habits to achieve desired outcomes and personal growth. HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
is a popular exercise method characterised by short bursts of intense exercises alternated with brief recovery periods.

It involves performing challenging exercises at maximum effort for a set amount of time, followed by a period of active rest or lower-intensity activity.

HIIT workouts can be tailored to various fitness levels and can include a range of exercises such as cardio, bodyweight exercises, and strength training. This dynamic training approach not only burns calories efficiently but also stimulates cardiovascular fitness, boosts metabolism, and improves endurance. Additionally, HIIT has been shown to enhance fat burning, increase muscle tone, and improve overall athletic performance. I believe it to be ideal for my clients as its time-efficient nature makes it ideal for individuals with busy schedules who want to maximise their workout results in a shorter period. Barre is a unique fitness method that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to create a challenging yet low-impact workout. It typically involves a series of movements performed at a ballet barre, focusing on isometric exercises, small repetitive movements, and active stretching. By practising Barre, individuals can achieve improved strength, flexibility, and posture.
